Our story
Three generations, one comal.
Marigold started as a weekend stand outside our grandmother's house. The barbacoa recipe is hers, and so is the rule that tortillas get pressed the same morning they're served.
Today the whole family still works the line. Come early on Saturdays: the barbacoa runs out by noon.
