Do I need to sign a contract?
No. You can pause or cancel any time with a text. Most of our customers have stayed with us for years anyway.
Do I have to be home?
Not at all. Just leave the gate unlocked, or tell us the code. We'll text a photo when we're done.
What happens when it rains?
We move your visit to the next dry day and text you the new time. You're never charged for a skipped visit.
How do I pay?
We bill your card after each visit and email a receipt. You can also pay by check once a month.
Is the weed treatment safe for pets?
Yes, once it dries. We'll tell you when we've treated, and leave a small flag in the yard as a reminder.
