1. Who we are
Nerve is a sole proprietorship based in Texas. This policy covers nervebuild.com and our website builder. Questions go to will@nervebuild.com.
2. What we collect
- What you tell us in the builder: your name, business name, email, phone, and your answers about your business and site.
- Files you upload: logos, photos and text for your site.
- Messages and calls: what you send through our contact form or by email, and the details you enter when you book a call with us.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We see the amount, the date and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.
- Basic visit stats: pages viewed and rough location, from analytics that don't use tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
- To build, host and look after your website.
- To send your quote, resume link, receipts and project updates.
- To answer your questions and change requests.
- To improve our site and builder.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run Nerve, and only what each one needs.

5. How long we keep it
- Unfinished builder answers: 90 days after your last visit, then deleted.
- Client projects: for as long as you're a client, plus 3 years for our records.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing will@nervebuild.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Some records, like payments, we must keep by law.
7. Cookies
We only use the cookies the builder needs to save your progress. We don't use advertising cookies.
8. Your website's visitors
If your site has forms, what your visitors send goes to you. You're responsible for telling them how you use it. If your site uses our booking tool, we store your customers' bookings (name, phone, email, time and any note) for you, so we can show them to you and send their confirmations and reminders. We use them only for that.
9. Security and children
We use encrypted connections and trusted providers, but no system is perfectly secure. Our services are for businesses, not children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll also email our clients.
